Chester Terrace, London
Chester Terrace was the last project I did with SHH. All the credits for the video and the images to SHH.
Location: Regent’s Park, London | Type: Grade 1 listed refurbishment | Size: 4370 sq ft | Watch Video
A stunning mid-terraced property overlooking Regent’s Park, 31 Chester Terrace forms part of Regency architect John Nash’s ‘Grand Palace’ style stucco terraces.
SHH was commissioned to re-design the interior for this property with an international buyer in mind and created a contemporary feel by incorporating a bright, fresh and stylish scheme that complimented the high ceilings and beautiful views over the park.
With SHH’s deep understanding of Crown Estate properties, their design concepts kept historical details balanced with the new contemporary feel, to ensure smooth approvals for the Grade 1 listed property.
